Agile Solutions: Improving Financial Integrity In many large corporations managing waterfall projects, the first hurdle is typically passing a capital rationing process. This often amounts to project justification through a business case, comparison of ROI, or other such metrics, against those of other projects competing for the same capital allocations. This suggestion is similar to the conclusion of the CDC study15 which recommended that clinicians and miners should be aware of the risk for Coal Workers Pneumoconiosis (CWP) and Progressive Massive Fibrosis (PMF) in surface coal mines as well as underground minesto facilitate prompt disease identification and preventive interventions.15 Inadequacies in the mandated coal mine dust regulations; failure to comply with or adequately enforce those regulations3 ; lack of disease 10 prevention innovations to accommodate changes in mining practices (e.g., thin-seam mining); and missed opportunities by miners to be screened for early disease and take action to reduce dust exposures3 . Further explanations, noted in other reports included longer hours being worked by todays coal miners3 ; excessiv e exposure to crystalline silica, perhaps associated with the mining of thinner seams of coal3 ; and lack of resources for dust control and miner/operator education, particularly in smaller mines3 are all management concerns in the control of CWP among miners in the Appalachia. Industry comments indicated that the public may have misperceived many of the engineering and economic constraints faced by the mi ning industry. Summary and conclusions: The current response to coal dust exposure limit is not sufficient. A tighter coal exposure limit has been proposed by MSHA but not yet effective. Added to this, there should be improved but feasible engineering controls which would create more effective barrier between miners and coal dust during mining process.

Youth gangs and the violence around them has grown in America. The gang related crimes committed by these youth gangs has risen and the age of these members had dropped. The youth are turning to the gang life at a younger age than ever before. In this essay I will dive into the different geographic types and their youth gangs. ItÃ¢â¬â¢s estimated that 4 million people were sent to Auschwitz and 1. 1 million died at Auschwitz. The prisoners died of starvation, exhaustion, diseases, or killed inhumanely by being shot, burned, or gassed. There were many escape attempts, though only 802 attempts on record. Only 144 made it out but most of them were caught and killed, or taken back to camp and starved to death. If someone successfully made it out of the camp, random people in their prisoner block would be starved. One of the most successful escapes was when a few prisoners dressed as guards, stole a car and drove out the front gate, they were never caught. The most successful escape was when Oscar Schindler got 300 women out of Auschwitz. Oscar pretended to be one of the people in charge of the camp. Before the freight car full of people got to the camp, he told them to send them back. When they got back, he took them to a safe house and looked after them. The concentration camps were all shut down on May 7, 1945 when World War Two ended. It was estimated that 7,991,460 people lost their lives in the concentration camps. When the Germans were defeated by the allies they were forced to close down all of the concentration camps. Most of the camps were destroyed. Some of the camps were used as prisons for the Nazis.
